Bio Filler

Biofiller, or biological filler, is a natural filler obtained from a person's own blood. It is usually created using PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) or PPP (Platelet Poor Plasma). In this process, plasma is heat treated with a special technique to turn it into a gel consistency and this gel is injected under the skin. It is especially suitable for those who do not want to take foreign chemicals into their bodies, prefer natural methods and those with allergic constitutions.

How to Make Biofiller?

1. Blood is taken (just like PRP).
2. Plasma is obtained by centrifugation.
3. Plasma is heated to a gel consistency (with this process, the albumin in the plasma coagulates).
4. The resulting gel is injected under the skin with a needle or cannula.

How Often Are Biofillers Performed?

·         A total of 2 sessions are applied at 2-month intervals. Then, sessions can be continued according to the person's needs.

What should be considered after Biofiller?

• Minor pain may be felt; an anti-inflammatory painkiller is preferred for both edema relief and pain reduction.
• Water contact is not recommended for 24-48 hours.
• Slight swelling and bruising, especially in sensitive areas such as under the eyes, are normal — these effects usually subside within 5-7 days.
